We offer guidance on approaching learning and development via a variety of programmes such as leadership programmes, sustainability, digitalisation and many more.

- One to one guidance and advice on learning supports and educational opportunities for those who are interested in returning to learning.
- Support for individuals to access education and training available locally – both accredited and non-accredited.

Individuals who identify as having a disability and access specialised employment and training supports which include:
- One-to-one guidance and support on suitable training and educational opportunities based on individual needs and abilities.
- Access to courses to build confidence and prepare participants for the world of work.
- Access to accredited and non-accredited training courses for specific workplace skills.
- Information on workplace grants and supports for individuals with disabilities.

Supports for Employers, Community Groups and Social Enterprises
- Free Diversity, Equality and Inclusion training (IACP CPD approved) for employers, community groups and social enterprises.
- One-to-one support and guidance for employers on workplace grants and other supports available when hiring individuals with a disability.
