The South Kerry Development Partnership WorkAbility Programme offers free and confidential support to individuals with disabilities who are looking for a new pathway to employment. The Programme is aimed at people who are 16 years and older who are currently not work ready and/or distant from the labour market.

A range of person-centred approaches are used to provide progressive pathways to training, education and employment for participants, based on their needs and abilities.

Are you an employer or voluntary organisation?

Would you like to increase diversity & inclusivity in your workplace? Could you offer someone with a disability paid employment or a work placement/job shadowing experience to support them on their pathway to employment?

The South Kerry Development Partnership WorkAbility Programme offers support to employers and voluntary organisations through disability awareness training, advice on grants and other supports and matching participants with suitable employers for employment, work experience or job shadowing. We provide ongoing support employers and participants throughout the employment process.
