- Labour Market Information – advice and insights to help you understand current opportunities and make informed career decisions.
- Employer Connections – strong relationships with local employers, giving you access to suitable vacancies and valuable industry networks.
- Access to Hot Desk - provides a quiet, structured place to work on job applications, CVs, and interviews.
- Attendance at Our Annual Jobs Fair – providing direct access to employers, networking opportunities and immediate feedback.
- Employment Upskilling & Reskilling - designed to help individuals enhance their skills, adapt to changing job markets, and improve employability. Examples of courses we have provided this year include Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Clean Pass, Get Started in Hospitality and many more.
- Empower Programme - offers a range of initiatives aimed at supporting individuals who are long-term unemployed or seeking a career change. These programmes provide training, and personal development to help participants re-enter the workforce with confidence.
