The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 requires organisations to report on their hourly gender pay gap across a range of metrics. South Kerry Development Partnership CLG has come within the ambit of the reporting requirements in 2025 under the act, as organisations with fifty staff or more must now report their hourly gender pay in 2025.
