WorkAbility: Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme
The Workability Programme is a free & confidential service that supports people with disabilities to find and maintain meaningful and sustainable employment.
This project is co-funded by the Government of Ireland, through the Department of Social Protection, and the European Union.

We also work with employers, community groups and social enterprises to promote inclusive hiring practices and create accessible and diverse workplaces.
Everyone’s journey is unique — we are here to help you take the next step.
